- Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase and your reservation code.
- Access the MY TICKET page to download your tickets (you need to know your reservation code)
Our tickets are valid for any journey, at any time, on the indicated day. Check the bus schedules and arrive at the station at least 15 minutes in advance.
On round-trip tickets, the pick-up stop for the return must be the same as the one indicated as the drop-off stop on the outward journey. If you need to use a different stop, buy two single tickets (one way).

If you wish to modify the date of use, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the service and by contacting the service provider in advance.
Once generated, tickets are non-refundable.
